Troubleshooting Guide

I have installed the plugin, but I am still getting my old theme when accessing the site via mobile

You have to activate woomobify plugin into work. Click on the Woomboify on your Wordpress Menu, then clicking settings on the top right hand corner. Then activate the Woomobify plugin

Settings

I have installed the plugin, why does it show a white screen

There was an issue downloading and installing the theme, this is usually done when you are entering your license to verify it and activate WooMobify. Check in your theme folder if you are seeing the WooMobify theme. If you don't see the theme, please ctact us

If you are running a lower version of php, the recommended version is 5.6, check your WooCommerce status page for the version you are currently on. If it is below version they need to update it.

If you are using some type of cache plugin, if you are, you need to clear the cache etc and also have cache disabled for mobile as WooMobify does not need it, it is already optimize for performance.

Why I am getting the error The license key is currently activated on another site".

This problem happens when you have another installation of Woomobify that you haven't uninstalled. Merely deactivating it is not enough, you have to uninstall the earlier version that is on the other installation
